Hi. I'm Kara.
I am a seasoned director, designer and leader with more than 17 years experience. I’ve managed and motivated interdisciplinary teams, taken projects from inception to refined completion, and have worn every hat on the rack.
I love good design and believe great design is something that you feel as much as you see. (How else do you describe the feeling you get when you hit on the absolute perfect color combination?)
More than just designing, I excel at building and leading teams of strong, unique individuals that somehow fit together like a puzzle, resulting in experiences that speak to the passions and needs of my clients and users.
While my life has taken me to the southern tip of the US and from coast to coast, I live in San Francisco where I quietly obsess over finding the perfect cup of coffee.
